SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 days working days for processing and additional time for shipping based on selected shipping options at the check out point. We try to ensure you receive your orders in a timely manner while also maintaining the highest standard of health, hygiene and social distancing in line with current government guidelines.
We are committed to all our packaging being plastic-free, most of it from recycling and sustainable materials to help with the environment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days from receipt of order to return or exchange an item. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging and indicate the order number. To make exchanges or returns, the product must be sent with any transport company to ARBOLÍ's office. The cost of the return will be assumed by the customer unless you have received the wrong item or if the item is damage. In that case, please send us a picture. Personalized products such as wedding gifts, can not be returned.

Product Care Info
Due to their handmade quality, no pair of earrings are the same. Each pair may vary slightly in colour or size.
To keep your jewelry in perfect condition:

Easy Cleaning: Clean your clay and resin jewelry with a damp washcloth. If dirt persists, use a cotton swab with acetone, but use it sparingly to avoid damaging the piece. For metal pieces, you can use a dry cloth to clean it.

Precautions: Avoid direct contact with lotions, oils, creams, and perfumes, as they may cause discoloration. Also, avoid contact with water or sweat.

Proper Storage: Store your ARBOLÍ jewelry in its original box or your jewelry box to protect it properly.
